A timeless piece that suits you better with age.
The fabric selected is 14.75 oz selvedge denim from Kojima, Okayama Prefecture. It's tough, yet fades to a light color. Ecru-white stitching is used to elegantly complement the deep indigo. The yarn combines cotton on the surface with a polyester core, maintaining a classic look while enhancing tear resistance. This jacket retains details like the T-back and single left pocket, said to be the origin of the denim jacket, while stripping away excess to redesign the silhouette.
The clunky feel typical of denim jackets has been eliminated, resulting in a clean SMART silhouette. This allows it to look sharp when worn alone and pairs perfectly with a white T-shirt. As you wear it, the color fades, adapting to your body and time.
No more complaining that denim jackets make you look bad. No need to buy a new one every year chasing trends. No need to feel unsatisfied just because it looks simple. No need to distance yourself from denim just because of your age.
The more you know, the more you can talk about it; the more you wear it, the more it becomes uniquely yours. A lifelong companion you'll want to pass on to your children. Place such a piece, one you'll want to wear even 50 years from now, at the center of your daily life.
