◉ What is the validity period for repairs?

There is no time limit. We believe that repairs and maintenance are very important for long-term use, so we are always available to provide repair services.

 

◉ When will my package arrive?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM on weekdays are shipped the same day.
We will send you a [Shipping Notification Email] when your order is shipped, where you can check your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

 

◉ Is it possible to use "convenience store pickup" or "delivery to a shipping company's sales office"?

・Convenience store pickup is currently not available.
・Delivery to a shipping company's sales office is possible with Sagawa Express.
→ If you wish to use "Sagawa Express sales office pickup", please write "〇〇 sales office pickup" in the [remarks field] when purchasing the product.

 

◉ Is gift wrapping available?

Unfortunately,
as of 2024, shipping will be handled from a warehouse instead of our office,
so we are unable to offer gift services.

 

◉ I want my package delivered by a shipping company other than Sagawa Express.

We are unable to ship with carriers other than Sagawa Express.

 

◉ I made a mistake in the quantity and want to change it.

Due to the BASE system, quantity changes and item changes cannot be made, so we will cancel your order once, and then you will need to repurchase the item.

 

◉ Regarding shipping fees

Orders totaling 20,000 yen or more qualify for free shipping.
*If the total amount is less than 20,000 yen, shipping fees will vary depending on the delivery region.

No, we do not.
