[New] A rival to the Takumu AR Jacket has appeared!

This is an MA-1 padded jacket!




The photo is the first sample,

so there are many things to fix,

but this is how I'm making it!








MA-1 jackets tend to have an image of American casual or the US military, 
but to make it look nice and stylish, 
we used the same fabric as down jackets for the outer layer!





It's made from the same fabric as a down jacket, so it's very classy!





If you add a lot of zippers to an MA-1 jacket,

it starts to look like you're flying,

so I don't think you can wear it in the city...







To match the high-quality texture, 
the zipper is of course "Excella" and the fabric is "Italian fabric"!







The lining is anti-static and even the ribbing is sourced from a Japanese knitwear store!






Atmosphere worn

There are still some things to improve,

but it's thicker than I expected

It's padded so you can wash it at home.







This time, 
I chose a non-shiny matte silver zipper because I didn't want it to be too shiny!




The more scratches and other marks it gets, 
the more military it looks, but with a classy finish!






The fabric is matte with little sheen, 
so it goes well with the zipper!






If you want to go for a more offbeat look,

wear some skinny black pants

and even leather shoes will still look stylish!







The length is short, 
so I'm going to pair it with cargo pants that will be on sale in the summer!





I made it so that it would go well with cargo pants,

so you can just throw it on around town and it will look appropriate

I think it looks cool!





If you combine it with a military base,

it will blend in with the city like this.





If you want to go to a cafe and get a less military look,

I think pairing it with easy pants or black trousers would be good!

It goes well with a pretty outfit, and the shape is military, 
so it goes well with military pants and can be easily combined.




It's the biggest rival to the Takumu AR Jacket!



The MA-1 is made of a slightly more expensive material than the Takumu AR Jacket, 
but the Takumu AR Jacket also uses a fairly expensive fabric.




I'd like to keep the price as low as possible

as high as the Arc'teryx Atom (60,000 yen)

but it may become necessary to change the fabric

because the cost is too high after reviewing it.




At that time,

I might have to change the fabric,

but I'm doing it like this,

so please look forward to it!






Since this is the first sample,

there are still some areas that need to be corrected.




The pockets are too far back,

I'd like to move them a little further forward.




Since I changed the buttons to gold,

I also changed them to matte silver

I changed the button size from 15mm to 18mm

to give them a bit more presence,

so please look forward to it being completed!
